Public Hearing Notice

The Penfield Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Resolution of Penfield Township on Tuesday, December 20th at 7:00 p.m. The hearing will be at the Penfield Community Center, 41012 State Route 18, Wellington, Ohio.

The amendment would add a Residential-Planned Unit District (Article 21) to the Zoning Resolution of Penfield Township. The full text of the proposed amendment will be available for review at the Penfield Town Hall by calling Duane Johnson at 440-225.3636.
