PENFIELD TOWNSHIP HALL 

Penfield Township Hall is located at the intersection of Routes 18 and 301 in the heart of Penfield Township (41012 State Route 18, Wellington, OH 44090). It contains two halls that can be rented for weddings, graduations, showers etc. Township residents’ funeral lunches can be held free of charge. Community groups such as scouts and 4H can also use the hall for free.

COMMUNITY ROOM

The “Community Room” is a 48’ x 48’ hall with an adjoining kitchen that rents for $300. It has a theater-style seating capacity of 300 (chairs only) and a banquet-style seating capacity of 145 (chairs and tables).  It features rectangular and round tables, and padded chairs. An additional $250 security deposit is required and returned if the hall is left in satisfactory condition.

TOWNSHIP MEETING HALL

The “Township Meeting Hall” is smaller and rents for $100. It has a theater-style seating capacity of 60 and a banquet-style seating capacity of 42. It has electrical outlets for roasters, crock pots or coffee makers, but no kitchen access. Tables and chairs are included. An additional $100 security deposit is required and returned if the hall is left in satisfactory condition.
